Providing Helpful and Compassionately Understanding Injured Worker Advocacy

BLC Legal Services appreciates that injured workers often struggle to handle the difficulties of living with injuries as well as the challenges of pursuing the appropriately due compensation, the return to work plan including accommodation, among other things applicable to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, S.O.  1997, Chapter 16, Schedule A including fulfilling the duties of an injured worker such as the scheduling of and attendance at medical appointments, the completion and submission of various documents required by the WSIB, etc.  In good health it can all be quite overwhelming and thus significantly even more so troublesome while injured.
